MIDPRO operates in the Mbale District in Eastern Uganda. It was founded in 2003 by Michael Naboki, focusing on sustainable development and poverty reduction. 

MIDPRO took until 2009 before it built it's first water harvesting tank but since then they have constructed 15 and also protected about 15 water sources. It has a vocational training centre which trains young people for creating employment.  Also a community development programme, a water construction team protecting springs and constructing water harvesting tanks. Afrinspire works with MIDPRO to hep fund the construction of water tanks and springs as part of a Community Rural Water Programme.
